The latest 2021 model of the famous Italian street fighter motorcycle Monster is coming to the Indian market. As part of that, the company has come up with a teaser video of the bike.

Ducati had earlier said that the new version of the legendary bike would hit the market in September or October. The company has also shared the teaser through their official social media page.

The short teaser video clip shows the design of the Naked motorcycle. The hashtag 'Just Fun' also points to the Ducati Monster model. However the brand has not yet specified an exact date.

Ducati is expected to arrive with the Superbike at the height of the festive season.  The new Ducati Monster has a completely different design style than its predecessor.  The new iteration of the legendary model was introduced in December last year.

It is also worth noting that the steel trellis frame, one of the most distinctive signature elements in the monster design, has been omitted this time. The new Monster is powered by a 937cc L-twin testosterone 11-degree engine. Ducati has now replaced the motorcycle's 11-degree testosterone liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine with a 937cc unit to meet Euro-5 emission standards.

Compared to the engine of the previous Monster 821 version, it is larger and weighs less than 2.5 kg. From this new engine the Monster is now capable of producing 111 bhp of power at 9250 rpm and 93 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm.

Lightweight cast-aluminum wheels, redesigned double-sided swingarm, and redesigned rear subframe using glass fiber reinforced polymer technology have also helped Ducati reduce the weight of the 2021 repeater.

Ducati has also ensured that the new Monster has a strong medium-low range to deliver exciting performance, enjoyable and easy riding. The company has also introduced a new 6-speed unit for the gearbox. In addition, Ducati offers a quick shift up / down quickshifter standard.

Standard electronic devices in the new Ducati Monster include cornering ABS, traction control and wheel control.  It is noteworthy that everything can be adjusted to different levels of interaction.

The company has replaced the steel trellis frame, one of the most distinctive features of the Monster's design and character, with a lightweight aluminum front frame. The presence of a very attractive LED headlamp in the design is noteworthy.

The LED DRL also helps to make the bike look more sporty. The front of the naked bike is styled in a muscular, sporty and bold style. Looking at the new Monster from the side you can see how compact it is.

The main features of the 2021 Monster are the sloping fuel tank, exposed bend pipes, dual-exhaust host and sporty tail section. Overall the new model definitely looks modern.

Ducati includes upside down telescopic front forks and rear monoshock for the new Monster's suspension setup. It is also worth noting that the Monster is one of the best-selling models behind the legendary Italian brand Ducati's Scrambler motorcycle.

In India, the 2021 Ducati Monster is set to compete with the Triumph Street Triple R and Kawasaki Z900 models. The bike is expected to have an ex-showroom price of Rs 10 lakh when it hits the market.
