Bajaj Pulsar NS, RS models get new colour options, features

 

The fresh additions have been made without any hike in the price of the Bajaj Pulsar NS160, Bajaj Pulsar NS200 and the Bajaj Pulsar RS200.

Bajaj Auto has introduced new colour options and graphic schemes in the Pulsar NS160, Pulsar NS200 and Pulsar RS200 models. The company has also added features like white alloy wheels and carbon fibre-textured front and rear fenders to the three motorcycles. The updated bikes will be available at Bajaj dealerships from October 23.

While the Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is priced at Rs 1,08,589 (ex-showroom, New Delhi), the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is available for Rs 1,31,219 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 and the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 get four new colour options -- Burnt Red (matte finish), Metallic Pearl White, Pewter Grey and Plasma Blue (satin finish). The Pulsar NS160 is powered by a 160.3cc, 4-stroke, oil-cooled, twin-spark DTS-i FI engine that develops 17.2PS and 14.6Nm. The Pulsar NS200 comes with a 199.5cc, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, triple-spark, DTS-i Fi motor that belts out 24.5PS and 18.5Nm.

Both the motorcycles are based on the perimeter frame and equipped with single-channel ABS. The Pulsar NS160 has a 260mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc at the rear. The more powerful Pulsar NS200 gets a 300mm front disc and a 230mm rear disc.

The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 will be available in three fresh paint schemes -- Burnt Red (matte finish), Metallic Pearl White and Pewter Grey. The Pulsar RS200 is powered by a 199.5cc, 4-stroke, liquid-cooled, triple-spark, DTS-i Fi engine that churns out 24.5PS and 18.7Nm.





Like the NS models, the Pulsar RS200 also sits on the perimeter frame. There is a disc each at the front (300mm) and rear (230mm). However, the bike gets dual-channel ABS, unlike its NS cousins.
